Saturday was a good day! Not only because it was D's Baby shower day, but also because the charade of falsehood of making the whole deal a surprise was finally over! It was a great day! She was blown away by the way the whole deal was cautiously executed. It not only made the day special for her, but also the people who made this happen, extra special. The effort was directly proportional to what D meant to them and that was phenomenal! Yesterday we were watching the video and the look on her face when she walked into that room was priceless! It was worth every lie that I had said in the past 2 weeks! But thank God for good friends and we were truly showered with blessings and gifts!Well now that the Baby Shower is over, we are starting to get ready for the arrival of my boy in a whole different way. Detailing the car, vacuuming our home, dusting the walls, cleaning everything possible...and all this for a little person who is actually going to mess up the place, way more than we could ever imagine! Another "Irony" moment! :-) But nevertheless we do! And hey need to catch up on some more parenting skills! Any advice?

hi anna! jitu was kinda saying the same thing while seeing the baby shower pics... that the large(st?) crowd of attendees shows how many lives u hv touched and thus made gr8 friends along the way :-) of course u couldnt hv done it without deepa, wat with her extremely helpful nature and all the wonderful things she has organized for every other family!! its a really wonderful blessed time for u both and only going to get better (albeit messier) with the birth of ur son - God bless and enjooooyyyyyyy :D
