No Kidding!

Jason Kidd is back after 14 years to the team that drafted him. Although I personally think the deal was a bit over rated, this could bring the much awaited break we needed. Yeah he is 34 years old, but he is still the best Point Guard out there. He has experience and leadership. So maybe this will be the year for the Mavs. But with the Celtics dominating the Eastern Conference and teams in the West trading big time, it might not be that easy. And never under estimate the Spurs, they tend to step up a notch after the All-Star break.

Dallas is certainly going to miss Devin Harris. He was awesome the last 2 seasons, averaging 14 ppg this season. It is sad, but either way, welcome Kiddo and GO MAVS.

They did it! Texas all the way! Sadly I missed watching the game cos I was busy watching Ocean's 13 with the boys. I was so convinced that there was going to be a Game 5, that I skipped the game. But apparently the Spurs have proved that they are the best. And my sweet wify is so happy that the NBA season is over, but Romo and the boys start in 3 months! Hehehe! Anyways, glad Parker made the MVP this year, though Duncan is still the best! I still think about the way the Mavs went down and it hurts my heart! But hey, there is always the next season. One of these days they will make it...I think....I hope....!

Ocean's 13: Good movie! Smart jokes! Better than Ocean's 12! Ocean' 11 is still the best! Wonder if there will be an Oceans' 14. But I think they ought to stop. Pitt and Clooney have done a great job, as always!

And oh yeah my wife is full term now...which means Jay will be out anytime! Can't wait to meet him!

King James!

Wow what a game! It was Lebron James all the way! He played for almost an hour scoring 29 of the last 30 points scored by the Cavs! And he scored 25 consecutive points for the Cavs! Man Alive! This dude is phenomenal! The Pistons, comfortable at one point with an early 2-0 lead, are right where they are but the Cavs are up by 3. It is so much fun to watch the 22-year old, single-handedly taking over the game and delivering what he promised! I need to admit, though the Spurs are a much experienced team, I have my doubts after what seeing what James is doing to the Pistons defense!

But neverthless I say! Go Spurs!

But lets see what the Pistons do in the next game! I am sure they are going to come back with all they have! It has been one interesting playoffs!

Championship?

Well I must admit, It was awesome to see the Mavs 'B' Team beat the Timberwolves by almost 20 pts. Makes you feel great about the 2007-2008 season! Barea is a very talented point guard! But will they triumph this year or repeat last season's insanity?? Well I guess we got to wait and see! But I say they do it this year! True, the Suns are tremendously good at their offense, but I think the Mavericks are better! And it is good to know that the Spurs are not a big threat to us anymore! So I say, Suns watch out, here comes the Mavericks!

Anyways it was a good day yesterday, got some important issues solved @ work! Good way to wrap up the week. Well it is Saturday today! Well today is lil' Nathan's birthday. So going to Allen, followed by some basketball with the boys. Should be fun! And its supposed to be a cold one today! We'll see how it goes.

Go Mavs!

The Mavs beat the L.A.Lakers. Well thats how my day ended yesterday! In a happy note.
And also we were the "High Rollers" in the bowling game yesterday in my team building event. It was awesome man, lotsa fun! The laser Tag event wore me out. I think I strained my bad ankle. (Ligament tore last Thanksgiving) But anyways no complaints there!
